Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Customers who cancel or reschedule appointments with sufficient notice may be eligible for a refund or credit. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
Completed Services
Once a service has been completed, refunds are generally not provided. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
